Your Day-to-Day Duties

- 2Sorting and Segregation: Accurately sort incoming linen by fabric type, colour, and soiling level, ensuring correct wash cycles are applied to prevent damage and achieve optimal cleanliness.
- 3Quality Control & Inspection: Perform visual checks on all processed items for stains, tears, or damage, removing sub-standard items for re-wash or repair to maintain the facility's high-quality output.
- 4Packing & Dispatch: Neatly fold, pack, and label finished laundry according to client orders, preparing them for dispatch. Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles as required.
- 5Maintain a Clean Workspace: Adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols, performing end-of-shift cleaning of work areas and machinery to ensure a safe, organised, and efficient environment.
- 6Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a fast-paced team, communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily targets and respond to fluctuating workloads.
What You Bring to the Role
