Your Role in the Team

As an IT Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client requirements in alignment with our company’s high standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Strategy & Planning:

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Facilitate collaboration between local and remote team members using agile and waterfall methodologies.
    • Remove bottlenecks and foster a supportive team environment to enable success.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and changes effectively.
    • Manage third-party vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality outputs.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by aligning deliverables with business expectations and addressing feedback promptly.
  • Technical Oversight:

    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are interpreted, prioritized, and executed correctly.
    • Oversee deployments and integrations of enterprise-level software, IT infrastructure, or bespoke applications.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget, Quality & Performance Management:

    • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within scope.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent budget overruns or timeline slippage.
    • Use KPIs to evaluate and enhance project performance.

Skills and Experience Needed

  1. Proven Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years delivering IT/technical projects in software development or IT infrastructure.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with conflicting priorities.
  2. Technical Understanding:
    • Familiarity with key IT systems, infrastructure, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
    • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies with hands-on experience implementing these frameworks.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Experience in presenting project updates to executive stakeholders.
  4. Planning and Organization:
    • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
  5. Proactive Leadership:
    • You’re an approachable and motivating leader with the ability to inspire teams to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience managing enterprise-scale IT transformation projects.
