Marketing Executive | Disruptor Brand | Legal/Technology Business
Rochdale (Hybrid after probation 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
We’re hiring for an exciting and unique marketing opportunity with one of the UK’s most innovative businesses transforming its industry.
This is a
standalone marketing role
where you’ll take full ownership of strategy, brand, campaigns, content, and lead generation.
We’re looking for someone
creative but commercial ,
ROI-focused , and
solutions-driven someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a real, lasting impact.
You'll need to be a people person who’s comfortable networking, representing the brand externally, and building meaningful partnerships.
If you enjoy working independently but with full leadership backing and want to leave your mark on a business that values bold ideas this could be the role for you.
The Role:
Own the brand : Shape the tone of voice, messaging, visual identity, and market position across all channels.
Drive inbound demand : Build smart digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, content creation, and paid campaigns.
Lead on LinkedIn : Make it your playground grow the following, build thought leadership, and create engaging, authentic content.
Deliver impactful campaigns : Run annual marketing campaigns, support key events, and keep always-on marketing activity buzzing.
Support Sales and Partnerships : Create high-quality collateral including pitch decks, case studies, and sales content.
Be data-driven : Track engagement, measure results, report on marketing performance, and continually improve.
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within legal, tech, or professional services.
A true self-starter proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.
A strong mix of
creativity and commercial acumen you care about engagement, but you also care about results.
Outstanding writing skills personal, clear, and persuasive.
Someone based in or around
Manchester this is a hybrid role after probation.
