Key Responsibilities & Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive range of cleaning and household management tasks, ensuring every space is maintained to an exceptional standard.

• Deep Cleaning & Daily Upkeep: Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms, including living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Duties include dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising surfaces, and cleaning windows and mirrors to a streak-free finish.
• Laundry & Linen Care: Manage all laundry requirements, including washing, ironing, and pressing clothing, bed linens, and towels. Careful handling of delicate fabrics and adherence to specific care labels is essential.
• Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor and maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and household essentials. Place orders as needed and ensure storage areas are tidy and organised.
• Attention to Detail: Identify and address areas that require special attention, such as high-touch points, inside appliances, and under furniture. Ensure a consistently high standard is met in every task.
• Client Communication & Discretion: Interact professionally with residents or property managers, respecting privacy and confidentiality at all times. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

To excel in this South Bank Housekeeper role, you will need a combination of practical skills, the right attitude, and relevant experience.

• Proven Experience: At least 2 years of professional housekeeping experience, preferably within private households, luxury apartments, or high-end serviced accommodation in London.
