Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
- Safely and efficiently operate company-provided or your own insured vehicle (depending on the assignment) to complete scheduled delivery routes across Bournemouth and surrounding postcodes like BH2, BH3, and BH5.
- Load, transport, and deliver a wide variety of goods, including parcels, food produce, retail merchandise, and office supplies, ensuring all items are handled with care and delivered within specified time windows.

- Accurately complete all delivery paperwork and digital logs using handheld devices or delivery apps, ensuring all tracking information is updated in real-time.
- Adhere strictly to all road traffic laws, driving regulations, and company safety policies, including regulations on drivers' hours (tachograph rules where applicable).
- Assist with light warehouse duties such as sorting parcels or loading vans at the start or end of a shift, as required by the client.
What We're Looking For: Essential Requirements
- A full, valid UK driving licence (Category B). A clean driving licence is preferred, but we consider all candidates with fewer than 6 points.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver, courier, or in a similar multi-drop driving role. Experience in Bournemouth and knowledge of local roads is a significant advantage.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong physical stamina for loading/unloading and the ability to lift packages up to 25kg (with appropriate manual handling training provided).
- Outstanding customer service attitude and professional communication skills.
