Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
- Full Operational Leadership: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening/closing procedures, floor management, and ensuring seamless service during peak hours. You will be the point of contact for all staff, from front-of-house teams to kitchen porters.

Essential Skills & Experience Required
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Deputy Manager in a fast-paced, table-service environment.
- Proven track record in P&L management, cost control, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of UK food safety standards (Level 3 Food Hygiene certified).
- Experience using EPOS systems and restaurant management software.
